5 common questions answered
NHTSA recall information identifies two 2017 Land Rover Discovery safety concerns. A fuel gauge may show low fuel when more remains, and engine software may later shut off the engine, potentially causing loss of drive power and power-brake assistance. In certain towing conditions, trailer lights may not work, making it harder for following traffic to recognize braking or stopping. These conditions can increase crash risk. Waiting can leave a known safety issue unresolved, so contact Park Place Land Rover for a VIN check and the manufacturer’s free remedy. If a warning, recall notice, or towing-light concern appears, arrange an inspection promptly rather than continuing to guess.
