Gary Venner joined Park Place Lexus of Grapevine in June of 2003 as a Pre-Owned Manager. A year later he was promoted to General Manager at Park Place Lexus Plano where he stayed for three years until returning to Park Place Lexus Grapevine as General Manager.  In July 2014, Gary was promoted to President with responsibilities over Volvo, Jaguar Plano, Infiniti Las Vegas, and Honda of Burleson. Gary returned to Park Place Lexus Grapevine as General Manager in 2017. Two years later, Gary became General Manager of Jaguar Land Rover DFW.

Prior to joining Park Place, Gary played college baseball at Ranger JC and The University of Texas.  He then went on to play and coach professional baseball with the Texas Rangers organization for four years.  During this time, Gary started selling cars during off season which turned into an 18 year career with Hudiburg Chevrolet before joining Park Place Dealerships.
Under Gary's leadership, his teams have earned many awards including the "Elite of Lexus" 10 times in a row, top 20 percent in CSI nationally 2009-2013, the Consumer's Choice Award for Business Excellence and "The Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award" in 2005.  For Jaguar we received the "Marque of Distinction" in 2013 and 2014 along with Volvo winning the "President's Club" 2013 and 2014 for Volvo.

Gary has created a work atmosphere where people feel valued and respected while having fun, building relationships with each other and clients. Great people and great product create great results. A lot of small things did right contribute to continuous improvement.
Gary was elected Vice Chairman and Chairman of the LX01 20 group from 2009-2012.
When not at work, Gary spends time with his wife, Kayla of 34 years and their 2 grown children. He also enjoys time in the gym to exercise and attending sporting events.
